Summary

This study tested whether group-based psychoeducation (classes about bipolar disorder) could reduce stress and mood instability in relatives of people with bipolar disorder. 206 relatives participated, using a smartphone app to track their daily mood. The goal was to see if learning together in a group setting improves relatives' well-being and, in turn, helps the patient.
