Summary

This study is testing a special prenatal care program for Marshallese women in the U.S. to see if it helps prevent premature births and other serious pregnancy complications. The program combines group doctor visits with a personal guide to help women attend appointments and access support services. Researchers will compare outcomes for women in this program to those receiving standard individual prenatal care.
