Summary
This study is expanding a program of group medical appointments for obesity treatment across 56 Cleveland Clinic primary care offices in Ohio. The program offers intensive lifestyle coaching in a group setting to help patients lose weight and improve health. Researchers will track how well the program works in real-world practice and whether it helps reduce healthcare visits.
