Vulvar cancer patients may avoid groin surgery with ultrasound monitoring

Summary
This study looks at whether regular groin ultrasound scans can safely replace surgery to check for cancer spread in women with early-stage vulvar cancer. About 30 women will be randomly assigned to either have groin surgery or get ultrasound checks every 2 months for a year. The goal is to see if patients are willing to be randomized and if the ultrasound approach is practical.
