Summary
This study is testing a new grief support program called Rise & Renew, designed specifically for Black women aged 40 and older who have lost a spouse, parent, or child. The program includes a weekend wellness retreat followed by 10 weeks of online group sessions. Researchers want to see if this culturally tailored approach helps improve emotional well-being and coping during the grieving process.
