Summary
This study is testing a wellness program called 'Green Oasis' to see if it improves quality of life and happiness for people living in a transitional housing community. About 50 residents will take part in activities like light exercise, gardening, and health talks. Researchers will measure changes in happiness, daily activity levels, and overall well-being before and after the program.
