Green light sessions may boost body confidence and composition
NCT ID NCT07282080
First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether 15-minute green light therapy sessions, twice a week, can improve body composition and how people feel about their bodies. One hundred adults in the U.S. will use a special light device at home and track changes through surveys and body measurements. The goal is to see if this simple, non-invasive approach can support fitness goals and self-image.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
EmeraldLED device emitting 525 nm green light
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a non-invasive, low-effort way to support body composition changes and improve how people feel about their bodies.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage study with no control group or blinding. The outcomes rely on surveys and self-reported measurements, which are subjective. The device is cosmetic, not medical, so any changes may be minor or placebo-driven.
