Summary

This study examines how inflammation and thyroid antibodies relate to changes in the retina and optic nerve in people with Graves disease. Researchers will review medical records of 100 adults, comparing those with Graves disease (with or without eye involvement) to healthy controls. No treatments are given; the goal is to better understand the links between systemic inflammation, thyroid autoimmunity, and eye structure.
