Summary

This study is testing an investigational drug called rilzabrutinib to see if it can help control Graves' disease, an autoimmune condition that causes an overactive thyroid. About 30 adult participants with Graves' disease, some with and some without related eye problems, will take the drug for up to 16 weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment safely lowers high thyroid hormone levels back to a normal range.
