First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study examines whether COVID-19 vaccination can trigger Graves' disease, a condition where the immune system attacks the thyroid. Researchers will review records of 161 people who developed Graves' disease for the first time between March 2020 and October 2022. They aim to see if cases after vaccination differ from typical ones in terms of symptoms, lab results, and treatment needs.
