NCT ID NCT07588451
First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a brief writing exercise about gratitude can help female university students feel more optimistic and grateful while reducing psychological distress. About 96 students with mild to moderate distress will be split into three groups: one writes about things they are grateful for, another writes about their deepest feelings, and a control group writes about their weekly tasks. The goal is to see if simply writing about gratitude can improve emotional well-being.
