Can a special light treatment help sharpen aging minds?
NCT ID NCT06843824
Summary
This study tested whether a 4-week treatment using graphene far-infrared technology could improve thinking skills and mental well-being in older adults experiencing memory problems. It involved 126 participants, some with mild concerns and others with more significant impairment, who were divided into groups to receive either the real treatment or a placebo. Researchers measured changes in memory, thinking, depression, and anxiety to see if the treatment had any positive effects.
