Grape power: can a daily dose boost brain and brawn for seniors?
NCT ID NCT07208916
Summary
This study is testing whether eating grape powder every day for a month can help improve muscle strength and thinking skills in healthy women over 65. Researchers will enroll 35 participants to take grape powder, equivalent to three servings of fresh grapes daily, and measure changes in their grip strength, balance, memory, and blood markers. The goal is to see if a simple dietary addition could help older women maintain their physical and mental fitness.
