Could a daily grape drink ease fibromyalgia pain?
NCT ID NCT07403929
Summary
This study is testing whether a traditional fermented grape drink called hardaliye can help reduce pain and other symptoms in women with fibromyalgia. Researchers will compare three groups over 8 weeks: one group drinks the grape juice daily, another follows a personalized diet plan, and a third does both. The main goal is to see if these approaches improve pain, sleep, mood, and gut symptoms.
