Ancient grape drink tested for modern pain relief

NCT ID NCT07403929

Summary

This study is testing whether a traditional fermented grape drink called 'hardaliye' can help ease symptoms of fibromyalgia in adult women. Over 8 weeks, researchers will compare three groups: one drinking the grape beverage daily, one following a personalized diet plan, and one doing both. The main goal is to see if these approaches reduce pain, improve sleep and mood, and lower markers of inflammation and stress in the body.
