Summary
This study will follow 150 adults with systemic granulomatosis (including sarcoidosis) for up to 10 years. Researchers will track how the disease changes over time and collect blood and urine samples to build a biological database. The goal is to better understand the disease and find clues that could improve diagnosis and treatment in the future.
