Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called GR1802, given as an injection alongside standard allergy treatments, to see if it can better control symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes in people with seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever). The trial will include 144 adults who have had seasonal allergies for at least 2 years and whose symptoms are not well controlled with current medications. The main goal is to measure how much nasal symptoms improve over time.
