New drug aims to shrink nasal polyps and ease breathing

Summary

This study is testing whether a new injectable drug called GR1802 can help adults with severe chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Researchers want to see if the drug can shrink polyps, improve breathing and smell, and reduce the need for surgery or steroid pills. Over 200 participants will receive either GR1802 or a placebo injection every two weeks for 13 months while tracking their symptoms.
