Summary
This study is testing a new support program to help people who are feeling well safely stop taking antidepressants they've used for years. Doctors and pharmacists will work together to create a personalized plan to gradually reduce the medication. The goal is to see if this teamwork helps more people successfully stop their medication without their depression coming back.
