Summary

This study tests a new approach where general practitioners (GPs) and pharmacists work together to help adults who have been on antidepressants for a long time gradually stop taking them. The goal is to see if this teamwork helps more people quit the medication safely without their depression coming back. The study will involve 324 patients in Belgium and compare the new approach to usual care over two years.
