Summary

This study tests a new drug, tigulixostat, against the standard gout medication febuxostat in 600 Chinese adults with gout. The main goal is to see if tigulixostat can lower uric acid levels more effectively at 24 weeks. Researchers will also monitor gout attacks, kidney function, and quality of life over a year.
