Decade-Long hunt for clues in painful crystal diseases
NCT ID NCT07504146
Summary
This study aims to understand how crystal deposits from gout and CPPD diseases build up in joints and blood vessels over a very long time. Researchers will follow 450 patients for up to 10 years, using regular check-ups and scans to see how the deposits change and if they are linked to heart problems. The goal is to gather knowledge to help improve future care for these painful joint conditions.
