Summary

This study is checking how safe and effective a special device (GORE TAG Thoracic Branch Endoprosthesis) is for people in Japan with a bulging or torn aorta in the chest, or a traumatic injury. About 200 people will get the device to repair the damaged area while keeping blood flow to a key artery. The goal is to see if the device works well and has few serious side effects.
