Summary
This study tests a virtual group class called GoPREPARE that helps people get ready for major cancer surgery. The class covers exercise, nutrition, and emotional support to reduce complications and speed recovery. Researchers will recruit 24 adults awaiting surgery and randomly assign them to the class or standard care. The goal is to see if a larger trial is possible, not to prove the class works yet.
