Summary
This study tested whether adding golimumab to methotrexate works better than methotrexate alone for people with very early psoriatic arthritis (PsA). 84 adults with active PsA diagnosed within the last 2 years took part. The main goal was to see if the combination reduced disease activity more at 24 weeks, using a standard score and whole-body MRI.
