Summary
This study is testing whether regular injections of a medication called golimumab can help children with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis achieve and maintain remission. It involves 84 young participants and measures how well the drug controls symptoms and heals the gut lining over 54 weeks. The goal is to provide a long-term treatment option that reduces reliance on steroids.
