Summary
This study is testing whether daily cookies made with Golden Rice and red betel leaf can help lower high blood sugar and improve quality of life in adults living with HIV. Researchers will compare these special cookies to regular cookies over 28 days. The goal is to find a safe, food-based way to help manage a common side effect of long-term HIV medication.
