Summary
This study tested a 10-week program that combines positive psychology and motivational interviewing to help people increase physical activity after bariatric surgery. 58 adults who had surgery 6-12 months earlier and wanted to be more active took part. The program was found to be feasible and acceptable, and researchers measured changes in activity levels using accelerometers.
