Summary
This study tested a new digital platform called GoalNav Clinic, designed to help doctors record and track the personal health goals of older adults and their caregivers. The researchers wanted to see if the tool was easy to use and practical in a real clinic setting. They enrolled 26 patients and their care partners to set goals and provide feedback on the system.
