Kids set their own recovery goals in groundbreaking hospital trial
NCT ID NCT07372690
Summary
This study tests whether having children, teens, and their families set personal functional goals during a stem cell transplant hospital stay helps them stay more active and maintain their physical abilities. Researchers will compare a group using this goal-setting approach to a standard care group. The main aim is to see if this personalized method improves how well patients can move and function during their recovery.
