Summary
This study tests whether using a goal-setting tool helps children and teens maintain their physical abilities during a stem cell transplant. About 176 participants will be randomly assigned to either standard care or a program that sets personalized functional goals. The aim is to see if involving patients and families in goal-setting can reduce loss of function during hospitalization.
