Modified virus injected into tumors to fight advanced cancers

NCT ID NCT07128914

Summary

This is an early-stage study testing the safety of a new treatment called GO306, a genetically modified virus designed to infect and kill cancer cells. It is being given as an injection directly into tumors or into body cavities for adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment shows any early signs of helping to control the cancer.
