New 'Four-in-One' antibody takes on Hard-to-Treat lymphoma
NCT ID NCT05623982
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new drug called GNC-038, a tetra-specific antibody designed to target cancer cells in people with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. About 40 adults will receive the drug by IV to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors. The goal is to find the best dose and check for side effects.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
GNC-038 (a tetra-specific antibody given by IV infusion)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could point toward a new treatment option for people with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has not responded to other therapies.
What could go wrong
This is an early-phase trial with only 40 participants, so results may not apply broadly. The drug may cause side effects or fail to shrink tumors.
