Summary
This study is testing a new snack bar called 'GlycoBite,' made from red beans and tomatoes, to see if it can help people with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar. About 100 participants will eat the bar daily for three weeks while researchers check their blood sugar and HbA1c levels. The goal is to see if this specific food can be a helpful part of a diabetic diet.
