Summary
This study looked at 20 people with bulimia or binge eating disorder to see if low blood sugar levels trigger eating binges. Participants wore a continuous glucose monitor and kept a food diary. The goal was to better understand the link between blood sugar and compulsive eating, which could lead to new nutritional approaches.
