Can a Gluten-Free diet clear 'Brain Fog' in teens?

NCT ID NCT07382999

Summary

This study aims to understand how strictly following a gluten-free diet affects thinking, walking, and overall well-being in teenagers with celiac disease. Researchers will compare teens who closely follow the diet to those who don't, as well as to healthy peers, by measuring things like walking while doing mental tasks, memory, strength, and quality of life. The goal is to learn more about the diet's impact on daily brain and body functions beyond just gut symptoms.
