NCT ID NCT03384108

First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at how healthy bone marrow cells use a nutrient called glutamine. Researchers will give a special labeled form of glutamine to 20 healthy adults aged 18-60, then take a small bone marrow sample to measure how the cells process it. The goal is to understand normal cell metabolism, which may help future research on diseases like multiple myeloma.
