NCT ID NCT03872427
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called telaglenastat (CB-839) that blocks an enzyme tumors need to grow. It is for people with advanced solid tumors or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors that have certain gene mutations (NF1, KEAP1/NRF2, or LKB1). The goal is to see if stopping the tumor's fuel supply can shrink or slow the cancer. About 54 participants will take the drug and be monitored for response and side effects.
