Summary
This study tested a special glue (cyanoacrylate) to close faulty veins in the leg and help heal venous ulcers (open sores). 38 people with a leg ulcer and a leaking saphenous vein took part. The goal was to see if the glue treatment is safe and works well to heal the ulcer and keep it from coming back.
