Medical glue injected into veins to seal painful leg sores
NCT ID NCT04714749
Summary
This study tested a new way to treat painful, hard-to-heal leg ulcers caused by vein problems. Doctors injected a special medical glue into the faulty veins to seal them off, hoping this would help the ulcers heal faster and last longer. The main goal was to see if this procedure was safe and practical for patients.
