Summary

This study aims to find out if a person's blood sugar response to the same meal is consistent from day to day. Twenty healthy adults will eat six different meals, with two meals repeated on separate days. A continuous glucose monitor will measure their sugar levels every five minutes for up to 10 days. The results will help improve how we predict diabetes risk.
