First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) that shows blood sugar levels on a smartphone app, along with a group chat for support, helps pregnant people keep healthy blood sugar levels. High blood sugar during pregnancy can cause problems for both mother and baby. The study will enroll 70 pregnant women at risk for gestational diabetes to see if this approach improves their ability to manage glucose.
