First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) that shows real-time blood sugar on a smartphone app, plus joining a group chat with other pregnant participants, helps keep blood sugar levels healthy during pregnancy. The study enrolls 70 pregnant women at risk for high blood sugar. Participants will use the CGM and chat group to learn how food, exercise, and water affect their glucose, with the goal of preventing health problems for themselves and their baby.
