Summary

This study looks at how blood sugar levels change during a 6 km march while carrying 15 kg of gear. One hundred healthy soldiers will wear sensors and give blood and urine samples before and after the march. The goal is to understand what factors influence glucose during exercise, such as fitness level and stress hormones.
