First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This early-phase study aims to understand how well people with obesity tolerate glucagon, a hormone that may help with weight loss. About 20 healthy obese adults will receive increasing doses of glucagon through an IV, and researchers will measure when they start feeling nauseous. The goal is to find a tolerable dose for future studies.
