First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This observational study looks at whether a receptor called GLP1R on blood cells differs between people with mild versus severe peripheral artery disease. Researchers will collect one extra blood sample from 50 adults during routine care to measure this receptor and related inflammation. The goal is to understand if drugs that target GLP1R could help treat severe leg artery disease.
