Summary
This study looks at how GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 medications affect what people eat, their metabolism, and behavior over a year. About 100 adults with overweight or obesity will be followed before starting treatment and at 3, 6, and 12 months. Researchers will measure weight loss, body composition, diet quality, appetite, and side effects to understand the full impact of these drugs.
