Summary
This study looks at how GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 medications affect what people eat, their weight, and overall health. Researchers will follow 100 adults with overweight or obesity for one year, tracking changes in diet, body composition, and metabolism. The goal is to understand both the benefits and risks, such as muscle loss or side effects, during treatment.
