Summary
This study looks at how GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic) affect people's feelings about food and what they choose to eat. Researchers will use a virtual reality buffet to measure changes in food selection before starting the medication and after three months. The goal is to understand how these drugs influence eating habits to help maintain a healthy diet during weight loss. About 25 adults with overweight or obesity who are newly prescribed a GLP-1 will participate.
