Could popular Weight-Loss drugs also boost your sex drive?
NCT ID NCT05598008
Summary
This study investigated whether GLP-1 analogue medications, commonly used for weight loss, could also improve sexual desire and function. It compared the effects of these drugs combined with lifestyle changes against lifestyle changes alone in 85 overweight or obese men and women. Researchers measured changes in sexual desire, mood, quality of life, and related hormones to see if the medications offered benefits beyond weight reduction.
